1. Editorial
Rachel and I spent quite a lot of this month running (literally) around various parts of South and West Wales working on a project for Llamedos Holiday Camp. See news section for details.
We are looking forward to the new board games we mentioned last month and hope that the TTRPG Adventures in Ankh-Morpork will be shipped soon. The last we heard the items were finally getting past the barricades and would soon be with the distribution centres. Hopefully that means fulfilment will be forthcoming. Even if they don't arrive in time I'll take the kickstarter adventure with me to the International Discworld Convention and will run informal sessions in the bar.
This month we have to say GNU to Dave Greenslade the author. singer and performer of the prog-rock album "From the Discworld". Yes, Marc Burrows favourite album of all time! Dave passed away peacefully aged 83.
Also this month we lost legendary actor Anthony Head. Whether you knew him a Giles from Buffy, King Uther in Merlin or any of his myriad roles, Anthony has always had a place in the heart of any true geek. GNU Anthony Head.
To coincide with the current foot-the-ball tournament going on in the round-world Transworld have released a new coloured paperback edition of Joe McLaren cover used on the most recent hardback editions. One for all you collectors of all the covers.
You may have also noticed that our website looks slightly different to before. I've been giving it a bit of a spring clean - new colours, slightly rounded edges and I've moved the menu bar to the left on larger screens. It's a small change but I feel it makes it look a bit nicer. There will be more changes made in the future but for now enjoy it.
If we've been a little quite recently then that's because we are dealing with end of life palliative care for Rachel's mother. If you are going through anything similar you have our love and respect.
Until next time,
Jason & Rachel
